CHLORINE GAS METHOD                     

From this Method, chlorine usage in gas form is understood. For safety purposes, a special chlorine gas room is needed. Chlorine gas injectors must operate with vacuum principal.  Chlorine gas must be directly given in the swimming pools. With the help of an injector, chlorine gas and water mixture is injected to the pool. With the injection of this mixture, HCL is formed in the water. This decreases the Ph value of water. If the acid capacity of poolwater is sufficient, water is neutralised with with HCl. An automatic system is needed to change the tube in the chlorine gas dosage facility.The installation and operating of the chlorine gas dosage devices must be made in a secure way.

Sodium Hypochlorine Method

The durability of NaOCl 150gr/l sold outside is limited. With the effect of light and heat Sodium hypochlorine in the pool water decreases gradually. This must be taken care of in the dosage and storing stage. If the water is hard in nature Ph value of the water increases steadily. In order to balance the Ph, sufficient acid is needed. A Warning mechanism should exist for the dosage units not to become empty. Storage time is limited and gradually chlorine rate decreases.

Calcium hypochloride Method

Calcium hypochlorine (granüle, tablet) must contain at least 65% Ca(ClO)2 and 5-10% water. Besides in the form of calcium hydroxide and calcium carbonate, 7% unsolved material can exist. Calcium hypochloride must be applied 1-5% in solution form.

Chlorine Gas Produced in the Usage Area Method

In these places, with a chlorur electrolysis chlorine gas is obtained and used in the disinfection of water preparation operations. An important problem of storage of salt does not exist and only the needed amount of chlorine is produced. As  a result of electrolysis, a solution in basic form is produced.his solution may be used to neutralise pH if needed or is decharged. In this process, only elementary chlorine gas is given to the pool. Hydrogen gas that exists as  a result of electrolysis is taken out of the environment.

With the help of an injector, chlorine solution that is composed of chlorine gas and water is given to the pool. With the addition of water to this solution, HCl is formed in water. This decreases the Ph of water. If the acid capacity of water is enough, water is neutralised with the HCl in the chlorine solution .

Sodium Hypochloride Produced in the Usage Area Method

THe electrolysis of Sodium chlorine solution and Sodium hypochloride is obtained in the usage area. The concentration of the solution must be 2-9 gr/lCI2. Hydrogen that is produced due to electrolysis must be kept away from the environment. Giving Sodium hypochloride solution to the filtered water is by way of dosage pump. If the water is hard,NAOCl may block the injector.Besides, it increases the Ph value consistently. For the regulation of the Ph value, enough acid is needed.

Water Preparation Combination

Clumping, filtration, ozonation, absorption filtration, chlorination

This combination may be used in all swimming and massage pools. The steps of this Method are as follows:

  1. Clumping: For this process, water’s ph value must be kept within the limits.
  2. Filtration: All the flocked materials and all kinds of dust are kept in the filter and kept away from the System.
  3. Ozonation: The chemical oxidation of the particles in the water with ozone, the aim of this is to prevent these microorganisms to reach the pool. For this, ozone is given to the filtered water. For this ozonation to be successful, reaction tank is needed. It is obligatory to obey the reaction time and other criteria.
  4. Absorbtion filtration: It is to remove the dust that is minimised with ozone with an active coal filter. Oxidised dust is kept.
  5. Chlorination: After all the above steps are made, chlorine is given toto water and combination is completed and clean water is given to the pool.

For an ozone stepped combination, loading factor k=0,6m3 and clean water capacity per person is 1.67 m3.
